Sorry for not posting the reason.
Actually I need my Indian Driving License in Belgium, its in Delhi. I tried with courier companies (DHL, FedEx, DTDC) but they said NO to original documents with chip embedded in it.
Basically, if anyone coming to Belgium from Delhi can bring my Driving License will be really big help for me.
