is here someone who could help me by searching for a flat or room for a couple in a shared flat in or near Sliema from the end of january ? Our monthly budget is up to 400 eur. I am trying to avoid of agencies.

try maltapark but in all honesty your not going to find it easy sliema is extremly popular and so prices match demand..
is this a short or long let?
have you looked at other areas ...?

this is for long rental time, so if you could advice me also near sliema .. you think that price of 500 eur for sliema is too much, is it some possibility to find cheeper ? thank you

i think you will struggle to find a room share as a couple , and properties in sliema you may find somehting for 500 eur a month yes but its not going to be much , take a look at Maltapark and look for areas such as gzira, ta xbiex
