Hopefully Moving to Onil and need advice PLEASE

Hi everyone! My husband and I are seriously considering moving out Alicante in the very near future. We are looking around Castalla and Onil as we have fallen in love with the place but are flexible. We have been led to believe there is quite a large Expat community in Onil. We just need some advice when it comes to the kids - have any of you moved young kids out to Alicante or even Onil? how did the kids settle in? what are the schools like? What advice do you have for us moving a family out there? We have seen some beautiful properties but need to know the TRUE cost of moving out so we can budget properly. We have a decent amount of equity in our property here when it sells just need to know how to budget it

Hi Chaliewoo81

We have been living in Agost not to far from Onil for 12 years now !

How time flies , our kids were 4 and 8 when we came over and they done all of their schooling in a Spanish school

I know Onil and Castella quite well , in fact we own some property in Onil

let me know if you need any info

I know when we came out there were so many things to find out about , but thats part of the fun and excitement of it !

We love it here and so do the kids !!
