In VietNam, as in China, divorce is handled in Tribunals (terrible word to pronounce, people always insert a R) with an aim to reducing the cost of the process and removing 'heat' from the process. It is not exactly adversarial, as us the American or some Euro procedures.

VN lawyers tend not to specialise unless they tie up with expensive Foreign lawyers.
