Moving to Riyadh can I get a job offer after getting there?

you will have to transfer your visa to your sponsor once you find the job. and you didn't provide enough information as to what field you are woking in, making it difficult to assess the ease or difficulty of finding a job.

Thank you for your prompt reply, i have a MBA and actualy i am working in marketing in a phamaceutical company. But have already work in 3 banks as a financial adviser.

Legally you cannot work being on a family visa which is not a work visa.  However, you can search for job and convert it into a work visa along with the process of changing your sponsership from your wife to the employer
