Last year it was around 2-3rd week of February !! Keep a look on arabnews and you will come to know

I found out the first leg is January 24th. The second Leg is January 31st.

A bit late, but this year's Janadriyah Festival was supposed to take place during this month of February but it has been canceled due to the passing of King Abdullah.
