Born in Namibia want to move back from South Africa

Good day
I need some help.
I was born in Namibia in 1981 ( do have my birth certificates and all documents) and lived there for about 8 years then moved to South Africa with my parrents, I have an SA ID but want to move back to Namibia and my questions is as follow. Can I get an NAM ID and is it possible , the process of getting it ( Going to the Embassy in SA 1st step) Can it be done from this side or only from Namiba
Also married but my wife can get transfer from her work to work in Namibia as they have offices there.

i am a namibian i was born in namibie and moved to south africa i am thinking of moving back to namibie my wife is a south african i have 2 children also what steps must i take to move back to namibie and where can i get the documents please can anybody help me in this regard.
