Hi, Does anybody know how and how lang a person who holds Omani residence visa can stay in Dubai?

A GCC resident can obtain visa on arrival at Dubai airport (easier) or at any border (slightly to very slow), if he or she has a professional visa stamped. If not you can apply for a visitor/tourist visa which is generally same as any tourist. You can get 15 days to 90 days depending on category you apply for and get.
