Scholarships in any University

There seems to be little or nothing available (At least as far as google searches go), so I would try yo contact a North Korean embassy somewhere.
Political problems mean there are less around than for other countries, so you may well have to make international calls.

This is a very unusual choice, and their degrees may not be accepted in a lot of places, so a lot of thought is suggested before you go any further.
