Friend for visit visa there is no need of attestation,u need attestation for permanent visa.
You can not convert visit visa to permanent visa.

You need to fill online application on https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/FamilyVisitVisa/create
then sign it by your sponsor/Kafeel and attest it by chamber of commerce.
finally sit and check the status online on https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/
