Specialist Doctor Interview by MOH (KSA), Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Hi friends!
I am attending the Ministry of Health (MOH) interview in coming January ("Specialist Doctor-Pediatrician" position in Riyadh). Can anyone advise me regarding the general pattern of questions & tips to prepare for the interview?
Thanks.

Hi friends!
After attending the MOH interview last week, I've got some information on the pattern of Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health Doctors' interview.

About the interview:
The interviewers (Saudi Delegates) are usually soft-spoken & courteous. Since its a one-on-one interview, you will have good interaction with your interviewer.
He/she may discuss your qualification, training you received, state of health affairs in India in general.
He/she will then ask quite a good number of questions, all related to your specialty. Some carry laptops to show X-rays or clinical photographs.
They spend at least 30-40 minutes on each candidate. So refresh your practical knowledge just like you prepared for your Viva in MBBS/MD/MS final exams.
At the end of interview, he/she will mark you in percent-age. 90% and above is considered as good performance. If you've done well enough, the interviewer will tell then & there that you're selected and will ask you to wait for the salary offer.
About the salary:
At the next station, you will be told about the Salary details. These guys speak poor English. You cannot negotiate with the person who explains you the "Best offer" (salary & location). They simply say that its the Ministry scale and will give you 30-45 minutes to decide (you can call your friends/family) whether to accept or reject the offer.
If you accept, you'll put your signature on a blank "Offer Letter" (on which only your name, Passport number and your Agency name will be mentioned) and leave the venue empty handed... The selection letter will be e-mailed to you by your Agency after 4-5 days. You can then decide whether to submit your original certificates for verification & to apply for Visa.

Don't go by what your HR agents/recruiting companies tell you about the salary. They just want you to attend the interview under their banner & as their candidate. At the interview venue, you are free to change your agency without any need to inform anyone.

I observed that there is a lot of demand for Consultants in KSA (with DM/MRCP/MRCS qualification) more than Specialists or Residents.

While preparing for MOH interview, I actually had tough time finding the details of Doctor's interview by Saudi Delegates. No one cares to share their experience.... I hope Indian Docs find this post useful.

Thanks for the info. Was searching for details regarding moh ksa interview but got nothing.Atleast somebody put up proper info
