Hi - does anybody know where to find garlic that doesn't come from China in Riyadh? Chinese garlic is VERY toxic, however this is the only kind I seem to find, people living here are being slowly poisoned

I haven't tried it myself but I hear growing your own is easy.
I agree, Chinese-sourced food is not grown in the best conditions and I'd prefer not to eat it, but unless you're eating whole bulbs every day for years I doubt you'd come to much harm.

Well, we used to go through quite a lot, using it as medicine too as it has natural antiviral and antibacterial properties. And it all adds up.We are quite new and I struggle to find truly healthy food (organic, non gmo...)
