If anyone is interested in art, there is an art exhibition from December 18th until January 7th at the HCM Fine Arts Museum located at 97 A Pho Duc Chinh Street, D1, HCMC. The opening ceremony is going to be at 10am on Dec. 18th. Most of the 11 artists are prominent painters in HCMC and own their own art galleries in D1 or nearby. Each painter only gets to put a limited number of pieces in the exhibit, so it should be a "best of the best" of Saigon's art scene.

I checked it out today, and it was pretty good. They had free food and beer for the opening, which was very nice. My daughter slept through most of it, but the adults had fun.

I had to pay for parking, but not an entrance fee. My wife said there may be a 10,000 entrance fee now.
