my company went into red catagory and i have my family living with me, and my iqama is also expired, so as theirs, how can i move forward

Why did you not think to tranfer your sponsorship when your company went into yellow category and save your visa? Now check ministry's website and read what you are authorised to do while your sponsor is in red category. I guess, before labour ministry shuts down the company forever, you still have some time to look for another sponsor and transfer which won't require approval from your late sponsor.

As your previous employer was in red , you can transfer without approval from previous employer
