G'day guys!
Want to get fit in a social environment with your fellow expats? Come down to Van Thanh Park and get fit with a former tennis professional. Did I mention it was FREE? It is limited to 12 people so book your place quickly. I'll be holding many of these sessions in the future so don't fret if you didn't get in!
It will be in the style of circuit training with a variety of different exercises and boxing thrown in for good measure.
