Forward it to your visa agent, who will arrange for a medical + x-ray for the family members. Once complete, give the visa agent your passport & 4 photos.
Then wait, depending on the service you opt for, you will have your passport returned with the visa issued inside, within 5 working days or sooner.
(This is the UK procedure, via a visa agent)
