Has anybody had problems accessing Hotmail this morning?
Is it down often in HCM or in Vietnam?
I totally rely on Hotmail for work, and this is very inconvenient for me.

I have just used hotmail for 1 year, It's good in HCM City. And this morning, I have checked hotmail at company, it's good, not any problem.

The cable between the Hotmail servers in Texas and the NSA data warehouse, just down the road, had problems.
