Hi friends,
I have been selected by G S E&C for KNPC project. My experience is 14 years and I am an Engineering Graduate with Post Graduation.
My current salary in India is KWD 900 (INR to KWD conversion taken as 1 KWD = 210 INR)
Company has just asked me the current salary and expected salary along with other requirements. I have asked for KWD 2500 since I have obligation of KWD 400 p.m. In India on account of loan. I have also asked for family status and sponsorship, free schooling for my 2 kids, medical insurance, return ticket per year, etc.
After going through this blog, I feel that I have demanded very high salary.
Will the company respond? My interview was taken by KNPC and it went very well. It seems that they had shortlisted me only.
What salary should I ask again if they revert.
We are 5 members in family including my dependent mother.

As per your experiencd you should get 2500 kd . Oil industry normally offers very good salary.
