I am going to work in Astana: need info

Well, I know that in 2017 Expo will be held in Astana, and for this reason I am going to make an interview during these days in Milan, and I will have to be ready to give an offer about how much money to ask.

To prepare it in a good way, I would like to have an idea about the cost of life in Astana, how much would it cost a rent for a flat, how much would be a montly cost for food, sometimes also some restourant, taxi from airport to centre of city, and avarage cost for mooving in the city.

This is the basic information i would need for the moment.

Then if you can describe a bit your city, how is it to live there, i would appreciate  very much.
I know it is freezy half a year, very modern and young city, russian speaking too. What about english? Is it easy to find Astanian people english speaking? Are there many foreign working?
