I am phillipina, was married to one, but divorced him while in the United kingdom. Moving back to the philipines , would I be able to be granted a USA K1 visa to remarry there

As long as you have the correct paperwork from the UK, The US should accept that as legal proof.
I'd check to see if the papers need legalising in London.
