Having lived in Vancouver and Richmond for over 28 years I can tell you that you aren't going to have any problems in meeting fellow Pakistanis anywhere in the Lower Mainland of BC. There is a very large Pakistani community in each city and you'll find Pakistanis living in virtually every neighborhood. There is a very large Sikh Temple located at 8000 Ross Street (at Marine Drive) which is also the headquarters of the Khalsa Diwan Society.
