Hi all still in Phuket and can I ask am I missing something or is there more to do than sit in bars waiting for girls, sure there is water sports but i can do that any where. Someone give me some ideas about where I am staying at Patong Beach.

What more did you expect? I read you are from Australia so i would guess what you did there you are doing in here. Is Thailand or Bali less expensive than living in Australia?

Since you are staying in Patong, what would you expect?
Sorry mate, I don`t like Patong at all. Why don`t you join a painting or sculpture class? There are a few fellas playing chess and backgammon. Or you can learn sailing. I`m sure if you spend some time searching you will find different activities than sitting all day and night at a bar. Think also about moving to Kamala, Kata, Chalong or to Nai Harn-Rawai.
