We are negotiating a job offer from SABIC in Jubail, as part of the offer we either take the provided company housing or the housing allowance (% of Basic salary). Can anyone especially the SABIC employee advise us to which way to go?......Regards,

Sabic usually gives you good housing and i suggest you take housing ...
but it all depend on how much is your salary, how many kids you have their age, what compound are they offering etc...

I advise you to take the provided company housing instead of the housing allowance.

Anytime go for company provided accomodation; wont ever be having any headaches on that front. And mostly will have a safe and secure environment for your family..
