Hello all,
I am considering an international assignment to Saudi Arabia. My company has offered to keep my salary based on my home country and add cost of living adjustments. This position will allow me to advance in my company upon repatriation. However, I realize this will be a big change moving to such a different culture. If i accept this move, I will be given language training and some amount of cultural awareness training.
For those that have made a move to Saudi Arabia from the USA, what type of pre departure training did you have that was the most beneficial? Did it prepare you for the move?
