I am having some allergic reaction to something and it is causing me to have hives. Does anyone know the brand names of any Vietnamese antihistamine that would be like Benadryl tablets?

You can ask for Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine and the main ingredient in Benadryl. I would say 98% of pharmacies carry it. I was going to recommend Cetirizine which is generic for Zyrtec, but Zyrtec doesn't help hives so your best bet is the Diphenhydramine.
