Please advise me

Hi guys,

I got a job offer from a new opening financial organisation in Erbil for salary of $3000 per month. the job position is Human Resource Director. the company will take care of my travel to India once in a year; so the net salary is $3000. is it possible to survive with my wife and two daughters
I just wanna know is this enough for a Director position and can I save some money out of this salary amount? How much salary should I quote?

I'm kurdish and from erbil the offer you got from the company that's good and the salary is good also, yes of course you can survive with this amount, it depend on your life style, otherwise it's more than enough and you can even save a lot of that amount ,
