Best ecuadorian embassy for Pakistanies

Dear all,

We are a Pakistani Couple living in Dubai... I need to get my documents legalized from Ecuadorian embassy but unfortunately there is neither any embassy of Ecuador in Pakistan nor in Dubai.. and I been suggested to contact Ecuador embassy Qatar.. and the process I have been told that I have to follow the step

1- legalized from ministry of foreign affairs UAE
2- legalized from embassy of Qatar in UAE
3- Ministry of foreign affairs Qatar.
then it will be legalized from Embassy of Ecuador in Qatar.

and for sure ministry of foreign affairs of UAE will ask us to get them legalized 1st from HEC Islamabad, Ministry of foreign affairs Pakistan and UAE embassy Islamabad..

so for just getting my document legalized right after ministry of foreign affairs of Pakistan from Ecuadorian embassy I have to go through this long process.. it sounds quite hectic time and money consuming....

Is there any other way? is there any embassy in Iran or Oman??? maybe they have different requirement?
