I operate a boutique real estate agency in south east Queensland and it was suggested that I offer our services to expats who would like to move to the area. Used to work in the Dept of Immigration so have assisted a number of people to come to Australia over the years. Originally from England and intend to visit UK, Italy & France in 2012.

Do people use real estate agents to locate rentals in Queensland, or just for purchasing property? I will be moving soon, and I am trying to figure out the best way to locate a rental.
