Taxation system in nairobi

I only know about flat 30% Tax on gross salary as per the law in Kenya.

However, I also learned that, there are fringe benefit taxes too, such as on Rental House & Vehicle.

Can you advice me the percentage on same.

The taxation Law is varied on whether you are resident or not. Your employer is tasked under the Income tax to deduct the 30% tax for residents. However if you operate your own business, best bet is to engage an accountant or taxation lawyer.
All in all, the amount charged on car depends on the cc of the car, water is 500 and electricity 1500 per month. You could read www.kra.go.ke a little more closely.
Ensure you file personal tax returns every 30th June and company returns (if have a VAT obligation) before the 20th day of each month.
I hope this clarifies it, am a taxation/immigration lawyer on a daily so don't hesitate to contact me if you have further or specific queries.
