For a better opportunity of getting replies, you should post this on the Australia section of this forum.
You first need to see if you qualify for as visa. For visa information and applications try www.immi.gov.au
As a trained nurse you still may have to sit an exam in Australia and your qualifications have to be accepted and be able to be verified.
For jobs try www.seek.com.au
