I guess it needs to be more user friendly in terms of text limitations and definitely the speed!

Don't understand exactly what you mean when you're talking about text limitations, could you be more specific?
Regarding speed, that depends more on your device/computer and on your internet server than anything else. It's just fine here most of the time and Brazil has the worst internet on God's Green Earth.
