Is there a bar or internet site that will allow me to watch SEC football games (or at least Aggie football games) in Saigon?

I don't think bars will turn their TV on to show a football game which is not attract their customers because it's strange here.
Why don't you try searching "SEC football watch online" on google?

Anyway, if you have TV at home with cable, you can register to K+. It's sport channel here in VN.

I found Boston Sports Bar, which is in the backpacker area that will stream any major US game live. If it isn't streaming when you get there, just ask the bartenders, and they will find it and put it on one of their TVs. I got to watch Texas A&M football!!! The prices aren't unreasonable either, which is a plus.
