You should first check out www.immigration.govt.nz to see if you qualify for a visa.
Farm jobs are done by locals but there may be seasonal work available. For this work you need to get a working holiday visa.

Hi, I have applied for working holiday visa couple days ago. If I get accepted, I would like to stay in New Zealand for 6 months. For the past 6 years i have been running my own family buisness (Grill and Cocktail Bar) in Croatia. I have experience in bartending, waitering and that kind of jobs and I would like to know what are my chances of finding part time or full time job in bars, caffes or restaurants? Thank you
