I heard that , university students were harmed during a protest in oroma region and how safe is somali region ? ?
I'm planning to move to Ethiopia & i'm yet to get confirmation about place of work , is it safe to work in oroma/somali region ? ?

Somali region is Somali anyways, as the name suggest.But I know couple of expat engaged in Jijiga University. In peace everything is okeh during disturbance whole country was effected which is okeh now.
As far as oromo Region is concerned , things are back to normal there.
Rest if you can name the university, it will easier to guide you.
