I am currently under my father sponsorship, i have been recently offered job from a Company in Riyadh. i have submitted my passport and iqama and other required documents for Iqama transfer 2 weeks ago .Today i went to the company , they told me pay nakal kafal fees 2000SAR , and after iqama is transferred , i can claim to company, and they will return 2000 SAR.
I would like to ask , is it the same procedure by every company?

Depends upon the companies usually they have to do it but sometime they do it like they told you
