I am moving to Paris with my same-sex partner in late August. My partner will be starting work with a French company and her company is organising her visa. I have to do my own long stay visa. I would prefer not to apply with PACs. I have been unable to find a migration lawyer in Australia for assistance with the visa. Does anyone know of lawyers or agents in Australia (prefer Sydney) that can assist. Or has anyone from Australia successfully negotiated the long stay visa requirements? I would be grateful for any assistance.
