Parcel forwarding in Kenya

Hello all,
I would like some information from people who might have used parcel forwarding into Kenya.

I shop infrequently online (ebay, amazon, other online shopping sites) both USA and UK, which shipped only in-country. I used Aramex to create local parcel forwarding addresses which then shipped it to my country. From what I came to know, Aramex does not offer these services in Kenya.

Are there any other reliable parcel forwarding companies? What is the kind of duty/tax that this attracts?

Any information is helpful.

I'm thinking DHL and G4S can do this kind of service however I've never used this kind of service so am not so sure about the security and the coast...

DHL - Must be expensive ??
You also check for local freight forwarder.

Import custom tax is 25 %, than VAT is 16 % on total cost (cost of product + import custom tax)...
