Attestation of Degree from Saudi Cultural.

I had plans to move to Riyadh for the job of Electrical engineering. I had given my degree for attestation to Jerry Varghese on 23rd June'14 to get it attested from Saudi Cultural. Unfortunately i don't have any upadte yet. The consultant Jerry Varghese is saying that they are not allowed for any followup. They just updated that they have received verification on 5th Aug'14 and they have submitted the degree to Saudi Cultural on 11th Aug'14. My degree is stuck and there is no update hence forth. They even got degrees attested of dates beyond 22nd Aug'14. I am much worried if my degree is lost.

Can anyone help & suggest me method to followup? Any suggestion shall be very fruitful.
