Company not giving Iqama and querying for help.

Dear Sir,
I am a mechanical engineer with a 2.5 years of experience in India, i got placed in a company here at Rastanura, Rahima, KSA (2 year contract). I arrived here at Damam International Airport on 08/05/14 with visa stamped on my passport for a period of 3 months and now it went more than 90 days now and our visa stamped is expired. Company is liable to issue the Iquama for me and they are not giving us the Iqama. I inquired about this to the company and they are replying that they will provide iqama in a week unless doing nothing for that. Shall i have the option to change myself to an another sponsor or is there any option to quit from the country if i am not receiving the iqama from the company. kindly give me some suggestions. I am totally hart broken and seeking for help.
