Hi Peter Lartey Yao,
I think that you will need a visa in order to go there, i will advise you to get in touch with the embassy to know more about the procedures.
I also advise you to have a look at the Living in China guide, you may find some useful information.
You can also post this job request in the Jobs in China section as well, it might help you as well.
