You need to contact the airlines for this or go to the airport and check out the maintenance facilities there.

The services provided to air carriers are growing in their complexity. VietNam Airlines is now providing Third Party maintenance to domestic and regional airlines.
Additionally there is a young general aviation component - at least two aircraft based at Tan Son Nhut airport are privately owned - a new aspect in the past couple of years.
Most of the fixed-wing aircraft are non-Russian whereas the helicopters are generally Russian flying rust-buckets with 'incidents' quickly reducing their numbers.
Your search for jobs should be in Ho Chi Minh, first, and Ha Noi second.
