Medical fitness for visa

Hi!
I am applying for KSA visa as a  research engineer.

I have some spots on my chest x-ray.
On detailed diagnosis the doctors are sure I do not have active tuberculosis.
However they suspect it can be sarcoid or latent TB.
They are giving medically fit certificate here on basis of which I will get the KSA visa.

However I know that on reaching KSA they will do medical tests again.
Does anyone have idea if I would be denied residence and deported for x-ray spots or latent TB?
Thanks & regards

See this thread on which I replied to a similar question.  More or less, the story on lung scars is the same in the GCC.

Dear XTang
Thank you for your reply.
I went through your thread and found it very informative.

However, I am traveling from Netherlands and there is no GAMCA here.
The doctors certificate is taken for visa application.
The Doctors have found no active TB but there is possibility of latent TB.

The spots in lung is attributed to Sarcoidosis.
I don't know if this is accepted in KSA.

Just for sharing, One of my friend wasn't given the KSA visa for the same reason. Seems they are very adamant about this. :(
