Degree Attestation from Saudi Embassy, New Delhi - India

It is not with me.
I submitted it to University.on replacement they give me duplicate.what i have to do now

it is not with me.please suggest me correct path to escape from this situation.

I am currently doing my engineering degree certificate attestation. My agent in Mumbai told me that my certificate is send to Anna university Chennai for verification and he has given me SACA registration number to follow up.  Can any one please help me how to contact university to follow up with this,Do i need to contact them and let me know any other information or how you can help me related to this.

in my case, I had to present a bond (stating I have a regular degree) recognized by UGC.
