I second what Scottrace said.  We had two cars from Tooranco and paid cash every month.  When my wife was in a car accident, they handled all the necessaries (after we went to the traffic department), gave us a new car to use and even made follow up calls to make sure she was alright. 

Just make sure you check the condition of the car compared to the car check that they do before you drive away with it.
