How to send electronic items to abroad by post

Better you shouldn't send anything from Vietnam unless it's necessity  :)
Reason: quality of items is poor. Almost every shops sell Chinese factory made items to reduce the cost.
The guarantee of items only inside Vietnam ( as reported by Nguyen Kim staff).
Still you want to send some electronic items then here are the simple steps:
Step 1
Buy your item and check it working properly and install applications if necessary. Do not copy any music, movie or other data file in to it. If you do so should pay more fee when you give that item for checking.
Step 2
Go to the Office of information and cultural censorship Or Office of exporting censorship ( poor translation) situated in Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Office campus which is located in 164, Dong Khoi street, Ben Nghe ward, District 1, HCMC
(Website: http://www.svhttdl.hochiminhcity.gov.vn/) to obtain "Censorship Certificate for exporting parcel via post".
Take your ID with you and get the reciept. They will give you a date for collecting yout item and the Certificate. Pay the fee (40.000 VND if no media file inside) and take  your item which they sealed in front of you and  the certificate to some photocopy shop to make another copy.
Step 3
Go to some HCM post office (50, Lê Lai, Q.1 if you are nearby), ask for parcel form, fill up and pay the parcel fee and get the international parcel  bill. Parcel fee may vary depends on your urgency, type of transportation, etc.

My employer ships things every week overseas.

We simply use JNA Courier, which has a counter in the MAIN POST OFFICE (opposite Notre Dame Cathedral), as does DHL (but much more expensive). The counter staff (occasionally) looks in the package - which our staff then seals, completes the weigh-bill and declaration then the carrier looks after everything else.

Carriers share an X-ray facility in the TSN Air Cargo Terminal.

JNA rates are about half of DSL but delivery.

Can you give more details, pls?  :)
Thanks in advance!

Part of my employers business is manufacturing 'military electronics' such as MESH radio's, robotic devices, PCBs, etc.

Some look, and are, exceptionally dubious in nature.

But we simply do as described above. Use a courier. (JNA is the cheapest) I haven't heard anyone using the old morality Inspectors (Culture, Sports and Tourism Office) for EXPORTS for years, they used to be only interested in IMPORTS. The InterNet and Foreign TV rendered them somewhat redundant, too.

Back in the day, some 23 years ago, we used to develop film and carry it on our bodies to avoid them at TSN - then just have a few 'happy' pictures (smiling kids, food piled high on tables, scenic vistas) in our baggage.

Do they have website?
