I am actually part of this blog in the Brazil section, but I need to ask a question and hope someone has some advice for me.
I need to obtain a copy of the unabridged version of my father's birth certificate - he was born in Nkana, Kitwe in 1947. I know one has to obtain it from the Registrar of births and deaths in Lusaka. I can't travel to Zambia myself so I need someone there to get it for me.
Does anyone have any input as to how to do this?
