My brother Iqama profession is marketing Specialist, he is planing to visit UAE in Eid holidays with his wife & kid is it possible to get on arrival visa , They planing to travel by road ,

Yes, be sure he takes his original iqama. Someone posted a website recently where you can check all professions that are eligible for visa on arrival for your country.
