It really depends on you. Many foreigners here manage to live on less than 2,000SAR, for food and entertainment (such as it may be).
Only you know how much you would normally spend. The cost of living in KSA is relatively low so you should do fine with that salary in Jizan, providing your housing is paid for.
Transportation will be your next biggest expense.
