Good day!
My mother wants me to have a german passport now at the age of 23. My mom and my german stepfather was married in germany years ago and they were married also here in the Philippines. My german stepfather decided to adopt me when I was 8 years old after they got married here in PH but my mother decided just recently to apply for a german passport. is it possible for me to have a german passport at this age.? I've never been to germany and I don't even know how to speak/understand their language.
