I am from India. I got a job offer from singapore company "A" and got an entry pass too. I got one more offer from company "B".
I want to join company "B". Because the company is GOOD.
Will there be any problems in getting entry pass from the second Company ?

Company A needs to cancel the already issued work pass before you can apply for a new work pass for company B.
There is no guarantee that the new work pass will be issued, so there is some risk you end up with none.

Employment consultancies are of limited use in Singapore (and if they charge the job applicant any fee, they are even illegal). You better apply at suitable companies directly.
